Create internal connection
Create an internal connection from this application to another application or a database, so they can reach each other over the private cluster network. Both services must be in the same cluster. Applications do not need to be deployed yet. The connection covers every process of the applications, including cron and job processes. The application from the URL path is always the source of the connection. Connections are bidirectional, so traffic is allowed both ways and only one connection can exist between a given pair of services - creating it again in either direction returns 409. An application cannot be connected to itself. The API key needs update access to both the application and the target.
