Activate a previously suspended database, restoring it to a running state. The operation is asynchronous - the database status will transition once activation completes.

Suspend databaseSuspend a running database by stopping all of its processes. The database configuration and data are preserved. Use the activate endpoint to restore the database. Cannot be performed while the database is being created, deleted, updated, or has a backup in progress.
