Attach or update process disk
Attach a persistent disk to a web or worker process, or change the size or mount path of its disk. A disk can grow but cannot shrink. A disk can only be mounted by one instance, so if the process uses more than one instance or horizontal scaling, it is switched to manual scaling with one instance. The change takes effect on the next deployment, and the disk is billed while it exists.
